Purchase terms

These terms describe the planned Colorplane digital-software purchase. They do not replace rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

Seller and contact

The legal seller is the Colorplane operator identified in the final Checkout and order confirmation. The seller's legal name, geographical address, registration details, and VAT ID must be inserted here before live sales. Contact: colorplane@colorplane.com.

Plans, currency, and tax

• EU consumer monthly plan: €2.99 per month, applicable VAT included.
• EU consumer lifetime purchase: €49.99 once, applicable VAT included.
• US monthly plan: $2.99 per month; applicable US sales tax may be added at Checkout.
• US lifetime purchase: $49.99 once; applicable US sales tax may be added at Checkout.

Stripe Checkout shows the final amount and billing address treatment before the order. A business may provide a tax ID; its tax treatment is determined from the supplied details and applicable rules.

Monthly renewal and cancellation

The monthly plan renews automatically every month at the amount shown at Checkout until cancelled. It can be cancelled from Billing in the app, which opens Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the already-paid billing period.

Lifetime purchase

The lifetime plan is one payment for continuing access to the purchased Colorplane software plan. It is not a subscription. Counsel must confirm the final scope of “lifetime” and update/support commitments before launch.

Digital delivery and compatibility

Colorplane is supplied digitally and access can begin immediately after confirmed payment. It runs in a supported modern browser; material compatibility, functionality, update, and technical-protection details must also be presented in the app before the buyer places the order.

Payment, confirmation, and access

Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout, including any authentication required by the buyer's bank. Colorplane does not receive complete card details. Paid access is granted only after a verified Stripe webhook. A confirmation recording the plan and the buyer's digital-supply consents is sent by email on a durable medium.

Refunds and withdrawal

The Refund policy and Withdrawal notice form part of these terms. Contractual refund handling never limits mandatory statutory rights.
