EU withdrawal notice

Pre-launch draft: the legal seller name, registered address, VAT ID, jurisdiction-specific wording, and translations must be completed and approved by qualified EU consumer-law counsel before live sales are enabled.

EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions. The exact treatment depends on whether each Colorplane plan is classified as digital content, a digital service, or another service under the applicable national law.

Immediate digital supply

Colorplane intends to provide paid digital access immediately. Before Checkout can begin, the app separately asks the buyer to expressly request performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the withdrawal right may be lost where the law provides once supply begins. Neither box is preselected. The confirmation email records both choices.

The consent does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including remedies for non-conforming digital products. Counsel must approve the exact wording and determine whether and when withdrawal is lost for the monthly and lifetime plans in every sale country.

Exercising withdrawal where available

Send an unambiguous statement to colorplane@colorplane.com before the applicable deadline. Give the account email, order date, plan, and enough information to identify the purchase. You may use this model text:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for Colorplane. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].

The final notice must add the seller's legal name and geographical address, the precise start and expiry rules, effects of withdrawal, and any legally required model form or telephone details before live sales.
